Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Review data reports and complete on site inspections to write all or portions of project reports/estimates
  • Prepare cost proposals/estimates and required reports
  • Strong leadership qualities to oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation and supervise onsite personnel and/or subcontractors
  • Budget resources for assigned projects, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Able to simultaneously manage multiple projects of various size and scope
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to the original plans and specifications
  • Working closely with other department to ensure timely customer service


  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Previous experience with insurance claims and managed repair assignments
  • 3-5 years’ experience writing repair/remodel estimates
  • Must understand Project Scheduling
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have Xactimate experience writing Water, Fire, Mold, and Rebuild
